Renaud P. Rodrigue, MD
Dr. Rodrigue completed his Pain Management Fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the ABMS.

He is a recognized expert in the use of Spinal Cord Stimulation and frequently trains other Pain Management physicians in the use of this technique. Additionally, he has experience in innovative techniques for the treatment of chronic headaches.

Dr. Rodrigue has been in private practice for over 14 years practice, and has been selected as D Magazines Best Doctor in Dallas in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.

 

Robert R. Bulger, MD
Dr. Bulger attended the prestigious Mayo Medical School and completed a Pain Management Fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the ABMS.

He is a recognized expert in Discography, and has lectured locally and nationally on his refinement of this technique. Dr. Bulger is called upon by many of the prominent spine surgeons in the Metroplex for assistance with the management and treatment of complex spinal pain, as well as other pain syndromes.

Dr. Bulger has been in private practice since 1986, and has been selected as D Magazines Best Doctor in Dallas in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.


Radhika Ravula, MD
Dr. Ravula graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston in 1993 with a Masters degree in pharmacology, and a residency in Anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School in Boston in 1999. She completed her Fellowship in Pain Management in 2000. She is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the ABMS.

Although Dr. Ravula is skilled in all techniques of interventional pain management, she has a special interest in the treatment of patients with Fibromyalgia. Additionally, she is a specialist in the use of Botox for severe muscle spasm, as well as for the treatment of migraine headaches.

She was selected as one of the nations Top Anesthesiologists, by the Consumer Research Council of America. Dr. Ravula is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management by the ABMS, and has been in private practice since 2000.


Jeff Stone, MD
Dr. Jeff Stone graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1996, then completed his residency at University of Alabama Hospitals in 2000 where he was Chief Resident from 1999-2000. He went on to complete a fellowship in Pain Management at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2001.  Dr Stone is board certified in Anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesia. While serving as President of North Texas Anesthesia, Dr Stone has joined Southwest Pain Group team part-time to continue to expand our provider services for patients in need of injection therapy for pain control. Dr Stone has been in practice for 10 years.



Eric H. Buchl, MPAS, PA-C
Eric completed his training in 2001 from  Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and is Certified by the NCCPA. 

Prior to Joining Southwest Pain Group, he worked for an orthopedic spinal deformity practice; and  has extensive experience in the evaluation, work up and treatments of complex spinal conditions. 

Eric has presented research nationally and internationality at the North American Spine Society, International Meeting on Advanced Spine Techniques, and Scoliosis Research Society Meetings. He has a passion for clinical research and aims to develop research protocols for Southwest Pain Group.
 

 

Rachel Self, NP
Rachel obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Angelo State University in West Texas. She received her Graduate degree from Texas Woman’s University as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2008. Prior to joining Southwest Pain Group she worked as a Nurse Practitioner Manager for a concierge medical practice. She has 14 years experience working with Spinal cord injury, Brain injury, orthopedic post operative, and chronic pain patients.

 
 

Kevin Huddleston, CRNA
Thomas K. Huddleston is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist ("CRNA"). He has been with Southwest Pain Group since 2002 specializing in anesthesia and sedation for pain procedures.  An anesthesia provider since 1982, Mr. Huddleston performs approximately 5,000 cases per year.  He has been a solo rural practitioner covering two critical access hospitals in west Texas; CRNA group practice partner; and urban, Trauma One healthcare system anesthesia provider. Mr. Huddleston obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University, his Registered Nurse designation, and his CRNA from Harris Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia (now Texas Wesleyan University Program in Nurse Anesthesia).
